Unable to take PayPal payments

    I have PayPal on my website but am unable to use this to take payments. I’ve asked the chat and it is saying that I need to ensure site visibility is set to public to be able to take PayPal payments.

    However when I go to settings, reading, site visibility I Do Not have this option. All I have is site engine visibility. How do I ensure my site is set to public and why can’t I accept PayPal payments. Please help!
