  unable to transfer blog to myself. have already requested blog to be hosted to host gator.

  GOod morning,

  I want to be able to access the plugins; I completed the authentification stuff; however, I am still showing up under WordPress as my server. Now I am having second thoughts about self hosting and just buying an upgrade for a business to have access to plugins.

  Would I have access to more plugins if I purchase the $79; or would I have to buy th $299 to have plugins?

  There is no way to add plugins to a WordPress.com account. Upgrades don’t give you access to this.
