unable to transfer blog

  I am receiving the error message when transferring my blog to another user. The blog name is stopfabricating.wordpress.com – I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong as followed the instructions. I need to urgently transfer.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, is the error just “unable to transfer blog” or did it say something else? Also, I don’t see any other users on the site — normally you would need the user to be on the site, as outlined here:
