Unable to transfer Domain
-
Since I accidently deleted my domain and was later restored, I cannot unlock my domain for the transfer process.

Hi there,
It is not possible to transfer a domain name to a new registrar within the first 60 days after initial registration, or the first 60 days after it is recovered from cancellation and/or expiration. This “60 day lock” is a requirement set by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and is observed by all ICANN-accredited registrars.
See: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/text-2012-02-25-en
Because this is a requirement that we must adhere to by law, it is not within our control to lift this 60 day lock for any reason.
However, you are not bound to use your domain here on WordPress.com; it is possible to have it “point” to your self-hosted site instead. Would you like help setting that up? Do you know the “name server” settings for your new host?
That will allow you to get set up and move forward with your host, and then you can finalize the domain transfer after 60 days are up.

Hi yes, sorry i should have been more precise, I purchased the domain near the end of May meaning the time should have passed for the domain lock. I assume since I accidently deleted it, and then restored that it reset it.

Correct, when you delete the domain it enters the same process. Because of this it’s not possible to transfer for another 60 days.
But as I mention, you can still “connect” the domain to any other host or service (then complete the transfer when 60 days are up) so are you planning to built another site elsewhere? If so we’re happy to get the domain connected for you, so you can still use it as your site address while you wait.
Let us know how you would like to proceed or if you have any questions.

Yeah, but I’m not sure what it would mean if that occured. In what way would I be limited compared to a straight up transfer. I’d like to transfer to Godaddy, but potentially still build in wordpress since the person who I am building the site for will maintain it and has experience in wordpress.

GoDaddy also offers WordPress site creation tools, so this is not the only source for those.
In this case, you would start an account with GoDaddy, and set up a new (empty) WordPress site though them. Then you would review your account with them and find the domain name server (NS) addresses that they recommmend for connecting an outside domain.
Once you have those settings you can give them to us to add to your domain settings. Once some time passes for the settings to take effect, you will see your GoDaddy site when you visit yumnasboutique.co.uk. Even though the domain is registered here at WordPress.com, we would send all traffic to GoDaddy, so your site will appear to use that address, even to Google.
That lets you get started right away with a site on yumnasboutique.co.uk, then in 60 days you can transfer the domain itself over to GoDaddy, which will be a seamless process and result in little to no downtime for the site.

I’m not sure I understand how to start an empty WordPress site with Godaddy. There is no option to make a blank page like on wordpress.

If you perform a successful WordPress install on GoDaddy, that will effectively be an empty WordPress site. If you need help with that, be sure to reach out to GoDaddy support.
From there you can then install themes and plugins as needed. This is your goal, correct?
