Unable to transfer my website to worpress.com

    Hi,
    I have purchased creator plan on wordpress and i have created my website on Local Computer. I want to transfer it to wordpress.com but i am unable to do that. I have tried Filezilla to transfer couple of times, whereas I am unable to access My C-panel here. I don’t know that is the issue there. Such a big platform has this tiny kind of problems. This is really devastating. Please help for this one.

    Hey there,

    WordPress.com does not use cPanel since we are a managed hosting service. Since your site is locally hosted, I recommend using a plugin to export and import the site. You can use a plugin such as All In One WP to export a site backup and then import it to WordPress.com. We have a great help guide on this process here:
