Unable to Transfer Site over to an Another User

  Hi , I am currently in the midst of creating an online presence for the business I work for.

  Our preferred URL to coincide with the rest of our social media, Is already taken and has little to none activity on it.

  I contacted the owner of the site via email, in which they said I could have url as they don’t use the blog, However it was created so long ago that they no longer remember the email or password to which the account was made with, therefore we can’t follow the transfer a blog process.

  Is there anything else I can do to obtain the Url?

  Hi,
  The owner may be able to regain access to the site by providing sufficient information in the Account Recovery form.
