Unable to transfer squarespace url

    I have a URL from Squarespace and I want to connect it to my WordPress site, but when I try to transfer the domain, it says I cannot because the domain is not transferable. Sqaurespace, this is because the domain is less than 60 days old.

    Then I tried to connect it to WordPress, but there is no option to connect via DNS record. Instead, it wants to charge me $96 a year to transfer the domain that I already know. Does anyone know if there is a way to connect my domain via DNS record?

    Hi there!

    If the domain isn’t older than 60 days, you won’t be able to transfer it yet. However, you can still use the domain by keeping it on Squarespace and pointing it to WordPress.com nameservers. Here are the steps:

    Step one: Upgrade to your desired WordPress.com plan
