  What is the domain name please and where are you trying to transfer it?

  hello, excuz to be latter with this answer.
  My domain name is kivunuru.com And I would like to transfer it at bluehost.com for self hosting because i’m using the wordpress.com not the wordpress.org

  Hi @davidcom3g,

  That domain is not on this account. But if you’ll log out, then log in again using the account that owns the domain (the one you used to purchase it) you can use these steps to start a transfer:

  Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  You might also point the domain to bluehost first:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

  But you do need to be logged in as the domain’s owner.
