Unable to Unsubscribe from a WordPress.com Blog

Hi there,
Wondering whether you can help me. I have been trying for ages to unsubscribe from the following blog but to no avail:
I am receiving around 20 spammy emails from them every single day, and I want it to stop.
I have tried clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at bottom of the emails but I just get take to a WP page that says,
“Subscription not found.”
I have tried clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the top of the emails, that’s provided by gmail, which takes me to here:
https://wordpress.com/subscriptions/sites/en
However, this page only shows one site that I am subscribed to, despite it saying that there are eight.
I’m guessing that the Outlander blog is one of these invisible seven sites, so I am unable to cancel my subscription.
I have tried blocking all emails from sites that I am subscribed to from here:
https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions
But again, it’s not working.
I have emailed the site owner but they say there is nothing they can do to help because they don’t have access to their email list, so cannot remove me manually.
I saw from another support ticket that someone else had the same problem (with another site), and you were able to help by removing their email address.

Would you please do the same for me with regard to Outlander Online?

P.S. I have already followed the suggestions in the above ticket to log out of WordPress, or to try in incognito mode but of course they don’t work because I have to be logged into WP to be able to access my subscribed sites!
I have also tried on multiple browsers (Chrome/Incognito, Edge, Firefox, Brave, Ghostery, Safari) across several devices (desktop, Android phone, iPad Pro, iPad) – nothing works.
I have even paused all emails from WP sites I am subscribed to (via settings on the site subscriptions page) but I am still being spammed by Outlander Online. Please help!

Hi there,
That email address is associated with a different WordPress.com account. That’s why you can’t unsubscribe while you’re connected to your @yumsome account.
To unsubscribe, log out from your current WordPress.com account and then click on the unsubscribe link in the email. This will redirect you to the subscription management page associated with that email address, and you’ll be able to remove that site.
If this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to further help you troubleshoot this.

Thank you so much… that appears to have done the trick. If by any chance it hasn’t resolved things, I’ll let you know but I’ve managed to unsubscribe, so hopefully it will be the end of it.
