Unable to Update

My site needs updates, but when I go to install those updates I get an error code that doesn’t tell me what the error is. How can I get around the error code and update WordPress and everything else for my site that needs updating?

What specific error message are you getting? Are you able to get into your site’s dashboard? What updates specifically are you trying to update?

I think I’ve found the solution to that problem, however the problem I was hoping to fix through updates I haven’t been able to remedy.
Our homepage features two buttons under the title and slogan, but I cannot figure out how to edit them. There’s no option under BeTheme>Theme Options or customization. Do you have any idea how to edit them? Everything else on our sight I can edit, just not those buttons.
If you don’t know how to help me since it’s not a WordPress.com question that’s completely fine, I just thought I’d ask!

Yes, I am!
They’re not broken, I want to change “Donate” to say “Support” and I’m redoing the membership and donation pages so I’ll need to change the pages they link to soon.

Have you dug into the BeTheme support docs? Or contacted their support team?
That might be the easiest way.
