Unable to update any text widget or add new ones

@sacredpath I have deleted 95 percent of all the text widgets and about half of them I converted to custom html widgets, but I am still having problems.
@sacredpath said he was going to let a developer know about my situation, but that was back on September 9. So far no developer has contacted me, so I am confused, frustrated, and disappointed.
I have spent hundreds of hours on this website, and I am uncertain about the viability of moving forward with WordPress (even though I still consider it topnotch and the best out there for online web design.
I can do without the text widgets, but why I even have this problem concerns me. Several months, it was affecting all my widgets.
Please help.

Hi, sorry, I thought the issue was resolved as the last I heard you were able to edit/add widgets. Sorry if I misunderstood.
I’ve pinged our developers and linked to this and the previous thread and explained the situation and will post back here as soon as I hear what they find.
