Unable to update Billing CC info.
-
I select the site I want to manage, but it says I don’t have a premium upgrade. But when I select the upgrade it says the site is already upgraded. I need to update my billing info but I’m not able to get to the screen to do so.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! The Premium plan for the site 7evildwarves.com is not owned by your account. In order to update the payment info for that upgrade, you need to be logged in as the owner of the upgrade.
Once logged in to that account, you’ll be able to update your card info here:
https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
Select “Update Credit Card” under your Premium upgrade.
If this upgrade should be transferred to your account, please have the owner of the upgrade request that it be transferred.

Thanks. Is there a way I can tell who currently owns it? We’ve had a change in our management of the site and it could be a couple people who have left but just need to verify so I know who to contact.
-
I can’t release that information to anyone other than the owner of the account. I would suggest you audit the users on your site if there’s been a lot of turn over. Make sure that the only people who have access to make changes to your site are people you trust and people who need access. :)

I just want to ensure that it auto-renews properly and doesn’t lose it’s domain name. The old owner can’t pay for it and I just want to make sure billing happens. But I can’t do that. I will contact who I think owns it. Is there any checks in place to fail billing over to another admin in case the owner stops responding?
-
There is not, but the user will get several emails when payment fails. Hopefully that will encourage them to reach out to you or another one of your admins.

Can you tell me if the current owner is listed as an admin of the site? If so then I know who it is.
