Unable to update Credit Card on file

  Hello, our credit card on file needs to be updated with a new expiry date. I’m attempting to add the Amex on file and receive an error code to contact support and reference the code: HYTFSI

  documentation shows that an email or link will be displayed along with the HYTFSI message but no such email or link is displayed. Error message simply says “contact support” but it’s a dead end and send me back to this forum each time.
