Unable to update DNS because of problems with website access.
-
I need to update my DNS so that my domain and website will show up, but it says that your domain and redirect management are currently disabled..When will this be fixed as I paid for the $99 bundle so that I could work on my website and now am unable to do so until this portion of the website is working again. Thanks, Terran.

If you’re referring to lawrencenon-profits.com, you need to change your name servers through your registrar, not us, to direct the domain here.

First of all, lawrencenon-profits.com was the domain I bought from here, and it once showed up under my blogs, but suddenly just disappeared… so now I have yet another problem on my hands.

I was able to find the website again. It simply said I need to update my DNS, but that section of the website is disabled and says try again later… I bought my domain from wordpress so I shouldn’t have to change name servers.

Ah, sorry about that. It looks like you attempted to register it during the GoDaddy outage (which is still ongoing).
GoDaddy is currently mostly offline, and we are partnered with a GoDaddy reseller for our domain services.
So, to avoid any potential problems while GoDaddy recovers their services, we have blocked off our domain system as well. We’ll bring it back once GoDaddy has recovered their services and you’ll then be able to register the domain by adding it via Store -> Domains.

I am sure it will be fixed today. The outage is on GoDaddy’s end, so we really have no control over when it will be fixed.
Once it is fixed, you’ll be able to register your domain.
