"Unable to Update DNS Info"

  When I try to make my DNS entries to let Office 365 handle my email, it all works perfectly following your steps outlined here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/add-email-through-office-365/ until I get to the SRV entries. Usually one entry will work and one will not (there are two). I get the error in a red bubble “Unable to update DNS info”. After awhile of trying different things, it will normally switch which one is working and which one is not. I am using the correct information in the correct fields. Please help.

  Hi there,

  SRV records are horrible, but you appear to have entered them correctly. You do seem to have left out the underscore in the Service field. I’ve added those in in case that’s what is causing the problem.

  Can you please give it a fer hours to update and then check if your email is working? If not, perhaps try contacting Microsoft support that they can check from their end if everything is set up correctly.
