Unable to update DNS info

    Hi there,

    I was trying to install G Suite with my domain, but whenever I get the MX records changed for Google mail, the mail works but the site goes down. Yesterday I deleted the Google mail MX info and reset the A record in my WordPress DNS settings, and got my site back up (thank fully). Then today I tried again to do the Google mail and — BOOM __ my site went down again.

    This time though, when I went back in to update the “A” record and fix things like I did yesterday, I got this error (repeatedly): “Unable to update DNS info.” So for some reason it just will NOT take my IP address.

    Help!

    Hi there,

    I see only one MX record for G Suite on your domain, and then I see two SRV records and a TXT record for Office 365 email.

    Adding MX records for G Suite should have no effect whatsoever on your A record. Can you please follow the steps at the link below to add all the required MX and CNAME records for G Suite, and delete the SRV and TXT records that shouldn’t be there.
