unable to update DNS info

  I am trying to update my A record for pivipartners.org and I keep getting an error – “Unable to update DNS info” – There’s no reason I should be getting this error. I just changed the DNS about a week ago with no issue. Someone please help me. Thanks!

  Your website is a self hosted WordPress.ORG site. You can head over to the WordPress.org forums and they’ll be glad to help you out!

  Hi @partnershipforfluvaccine,

  While I can see that @sdixon194 is right that your site is self-hosted at the moment because the site is pointing to another provider, I can also see that we are likely managing your DNS since the name servers are pointing to WordPress.com.

  This issue will need to be looked at by WordPress.com staff. The tag modlook has been added to this thread so that someone from staff will take a look as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

  It looks like your domain is now pointing to openhostingservice.com, so you’ll want to update any DNS records there.

  If you want to be able to manage the domain here instead, you’ll want to point back to our nameservers.

  Also, if you prefer to transfer to another registrar, please use these steps:
