I attempting to transfer my domain and it will not let me do so, because privacy protection will not disable.
-
Just to be sure, are you referring to
terminatingsolutionsllc.comand who are you transferring it to? -
-
-
Okay thank you. I will try again this evening, I don’t want to kill our email during the middle of the day
-
Attempted the transfer and still received the SAME ERROR MESSAGE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
The request to transfer the following domain name(s) to another registrar has been denied. The domain(s) currently has Private Registration:
terminatingsolutionsllc.com
If you still want to transfer the domain(s) to another registrar, you must first cancel your Private Registration(s).

@terminatingsolutionsllc, very odd. The fact that my colleague wasn’t able to disable privacy either suggests there’s either an issue with the domain, or a bug. We’re doing some digging on this for you.
In the meantime, if you want to start pointing the domain to a new host, you can do that by updating the name server settings, or sometimes by updating the DNS if the new host doesn’t let you use their name servers.

Hi there,
We’ve contacted our domain provider to get private registration disabled on your domain so you can transfer it. We’ll let you know as soon as they’ve done that.

Looks the domain registrar is now GoDaddy and this has been sorted. Please write back if that’s not the case.
