unable to update profile pic

  Hi, when I try to update I get a message that says: ‘Hmm, your new Gravatar was not saved. Please try uploading again.’
  I have tried multiple times.
  Help?

  Are you still having trouble with this? If so, please try clearing your browser cache with these steps:

  Then try choosing a new photo from the My Profile page in your account:

  Everything is good, thanks for your help! I thinking it ended up being a network issue.
