Unable to Update, unable to do… anything?

  So I’ve kind of let this space sit vacant for a year or so, and I don’t know if the theme is no longer supported or what, but I can no longer access seemingly anything. I have a post up, but from the back end, it shows that I don’t. Same with pages.
  It will not let me update anything, and it just seems like everything is stuck.

  Any help would be appreciated!
