Unable to upgrade

  I am in China and I want to upgrade to add video to my Blog but when I try I get the notorious window in China that says Safari cannot open the page because it cannot establish a connection with the server. Please help!

  China has been known to block WordPress.com blogs, and we have absolutely no control over this.

  You can try using a proxy to access the blog; http://www.randomwire.com/how-to-bypass-the-great-firewall-of-china provides a list of some options that you may be able to explore and/or use.

  I appreciate the advise. I tried the link above and it is also blocked. I can access my blog; my problem is that I can not upgrade.
