Hi there,
Sites on WordPress.com are owned by the individuals that set them up, and not by companies or other organizations. With that in mind we’re not able to give you access to another account but if you are still in touch with the person that set up these upgrades they can reach out to us directly, and we’re happy to assist them with regaining access to their account.
If they still have access to the email inbox they have on file with us, they can send themselves a login link by entering their email address here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
This will send an email to them that they can use to log in again. If they’re not sure which email address the used, they can try several. As long as it’s an email address they have access to, they may find the login link in their inbox.
If they can’t recall their email address, they can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form they will be asked to provide a transaction ID for any previous purchase or renewal, and this info can typically find on your credit card statement. See: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once they are connected to the correct account we are happy to help them with managing any upgrades, as well as organizing the transfer of ownership to any other admin. Thanks!
