Unable to upgrade

    Unable to upgrade to paid account. Two of my prefectly good credit cards were rejected and now it says payments are disabled on my account. Not sure what is going on.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi,

    I’m not seeing anything strange on our end of things. Can you perhaps check with your bank and make sure that nothing is a problem on their end? Sufficient funds, no anti fraud blocking, etc?

    I have also added a 10% off coupon to your cart as a way to make up for the payment hassle you are having. I hope that helps!

    This issue and after this my payments are disabled. I am just new at wordpress trying to start my own blog but experiencing such weird thing.

    i got an email saying We won’t be providing any further detail about why payments will remain blocked.

    Maybe it was wrong of me to choose wordpress i guess? I am new at it, i just wanted to go for the upgraded plan. And i put in information yet it didnt approve. first gave error then disabled my purchases. After which when i contacted, they said wordpress has right to limit purchases? wow.
