unable to upgrade account

    We are trying to upgrade our account. however, we get the follwing messages on the payment page.
    Please advise.

    Note: we are trying to upgrade from free to Premium plan.

    >> Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

    Correct account: Yes
