Unable to upgrade and pay

  Hi! I have been trying to pay and upgrade my website for the last 3 hours and the payment doesn’t seem to go through. I get an error : unable to connect due to TLDS.

  Please help, I need to solve this quick. I already bought a theme and a domain name.
