unable to upgrade blog

  Hi there, I have found wordpress to be AWESOME: my first blog “ShirlingtonStay.com” has worked very well and I chose to upgrade it to avoid ads and to get theme options. No problems there.

  I decided to start another blog for real estate “MetroRealtorDC.com” and also upgrade so as to avoid ads and have theme options. However, when I choose the upgrade button, I get this message: “Upgrade unavailable”
