unable to upgrade/check out

    I would like to upgrade my subscription to a personal plan…however, I keep getting booted out of the check out process. Also, the preloaded email address in the check out process is incorrect. my correct email address is in my profile.

    Can you expand on what happens during checkout? Are you seeing an error? Do you get redirected to another page without the process having completed?

    I don’t see any failed payments on our end, indicating that no payment information is being submitted to us by your browser. Please see if clearing your browser cache makes any difference.

    Any information pre-filled on the checkout page would be coming from your browser’s auto-fill, and we don’t have any control over that. If your browser is auto-filling incorrect information, please change that manually before submitting the checkout form.
