Unable to upgrade from free to paid?

  Hello, I am trying to upgrade from free to paid. I already own a domain through google and when I try to upgrade so I can use my domain – wordpress does not allow me to go the next step to complete this process.

  Please advise! Thank you.

  Hi there,

  On exactly which step are you getting stuck?

  To connect a domain to your account you will first need to select a plan under My Site ->Plans.

  Once you’ve added a plan you can then add the domain mapping upgrade. Go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and select the Map It option. That will connect the domain on our end, and then you’ll need to also point the domain to us from Google’s end by changing the name servers:
