Unable to upgrade google drive storage back to 100gb
-
Hi there! I have started receiving emails that my 100gb of google drive storage that was charged to me monthly has stopped. When I go in to my admin console from Google to upgrade plans to get more storage, it triggers me to reach out to my reseller, WordPress.
If theres any way to just get the 100gb of drive storage back, or if you can help me work out how to subscribe to more storage, would be so great. I’m in my grace period right now so would like to get it sorted ASAP.
Thankyou!

Hey there,
I see you have a Google Workspace Business Starter plan with us which is valid until
2024-10-22and comes with 30 GB of storage. We are no longer able to offer a 100GB plan through Google. If you wish to upgrade your Google Workspace plan to include more storage, we can cancel your plan through us, which will allow you to continue your subscription through Google directly and they will offer you additional plan tiers as outlined on their site here: https://workspace.google.com/lp/business/
Hope this helps! Let us know if you would like to cancel your Workspace subscription in order to continue it through Google in order to upgrade your storage.
