Unable to upgrade Jetpack and can't access the WPAdmin account for my site

  Hello,
  I want to update my business website, but when I log into my WPAdmin account, I can’t get past a pop-up saying that there are some serious security problems, which then takes me to a page where I am supposed to install Jetpack.
  When I enter my URL, Jetpack does not install. I can’t get through to WordPress, so I can’t install it manually either. And to my mind, I had installed Jetpack. I haven’t been able to update my website for a while because I have been on maternity leave, but now I am trying to get back into the swing of things and I need to access my website to change the service offer, which does not now correspond to what I want to do. Can you please help? I am getting desperate not being able to get through this pop-up.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
