Unable to upgrade plan

  Hello, a few weeks ago, I purchased the Creator plan but then realized it was more robust than what I needed for my new small business. I cancelled the plan and was hoping to upgrade to the starter plan instead, but I’m getting this error: Sorry that plan is not compatible with this site. Can anyone assist please?

  Hi,

  It seems that your site still retained some of the features of the Creator plan it used to have, that’s why you could not upgrade it.

  I have reverted your site, and now you can upgrade it to the Starter plan.
