Hello there,
I have checked your account and see that you have cancelled the Business plan. I have completed the downgrade process for your site.
I have restored the Personal plan for your site, which you had before the Business plan upgrade. If you would like to upgrade it to the Premium plan, you can do it from Upgrades → Plans
Credit for the remaining time on your existing subscription will be applied to your upgrade.
Your site is also currently set to private, to give you a chance to review it after the downgrade and make sure it looks how you’d like, before the general public can see it again. The site’s privacy setting can be changed to “Public” again (or “Coming Soon” if you prefer) under Settings > General, in the Privacy section.

I just noticed that when I switched to my domain after upgrading my plan, it’s still re-directing to wpcomstaging.com and erroring out. How can I fix this?

I just tried the domain and was able to load the WordPress.com site with the Premium plan
If you are still having issues loading the site with the domain, this could be due to caching at your end. I will suggest clearing the cache and try againIf you’re unsure how to clear your browser’s cache, head to https://clear-my-cache.com (a third-party site) and click on Apple or Windows, depending on your device, and then click on the button for your browser to see the steps.
