Unable to upgrade to personal plan?

  Hello, I had a personal plan and briefly upgraded to business plan, but canceled it and it reverted it to the free plan. Now I am unable to upgrade to personal plan because ‘Plan is not compatible with this site’ (WordPress won’t add the personal plan to the cart).

  Any thoughts?
