Unable to Upgrade to Premium

  I’m trying to Upgrade to Premium! I’m clicking the “Get WordPress Premium” and the link doesn’t work!!! Since there’s NO Phone Number to call…….. I’m stuck here!

  What’s going on?

  Oh Yeah…. there’s no ‘store icon’ or My Upgrade’ in my Dashboard!!

  You need to have a WordPress.COM blog to buy an upgrade.

  If you are asking about http://www.gfc-flint.com/wp – that is not a WordPress.COM site so buying an upgrade for it would be a complete waste of money since none of the Premium upgrade features could be used on that site

  Well… I’m new to WP, and such! I download WP from .org and created the website. Our Host is ITXdesign, and clicked on THEIR WP Icon to start the process!
  I’m really not sure what I need to do….. IF anything!!!
  I really don’t ‘blog’… I’m using this strictly for the Website. I like it so far!

  You need to get help over at WordPress.ORG, they have a nice support forum there, your WordPress.COM account will not work at WordPress.ORG but you can use the same email account to open an account at WordPress.ORG

  Gosh…. I guess I thought I did that! I downloaded WordPress 3.8 FROM WP.org…. I assumed that’s all I needed to do!!
