Unable to Upgrade to Premium Plan

I have been unable upgrade my free domain to the Premium Plan through the upgrade option on the website. It places the three elements into my cart (plan, website name etc.), takes my contact information and my credit card information but returns a red banner saying there was a problem with my submission and to try again. I have repeated this scenario several times without success.

Never did work with the CC, but changed to PayPal and it took it successfully. Thanks for the help.
