Unable to upgrade to Pro

  I am trying to upgrade to Pro so that I can activate the Genesis Framework and Landscape Theme that I’ve just purchased from StudioPress.

  But the site will not accept my credit cards. Why not?

  Or is there a way to activate the new Theme without upgrading?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s a good thing it won’t accept your credit card, because you will not be able to add an external theme to a WordPress.com blog. It cannot be done, not with any upgrade. The upgrade only allows you to customize the CSS of an existing WP.com theme. External themes are ONLY for WordPress.ORG blogs.

  Yes you can hire a web host, set up a wordpress.org install and move your wordpress.com blog content into it. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
