Unable to upgrade to the business package
-
I’ve previously purchased the business pack and am trying to buy it again although there is an error coming up stating it’s not available with Jetpack? Please help. Thanks KP

Hi @thebuildavillagecommunity ,
To best assist you, could you provide us with a little more information on your situation? Thanks!
- What is the URL of the site you are facing problems with?
- WordPress.com plans are billed yearly automatically, unless you have changed the settings to pay manually. When you say “buy it again”, what are you referring to?
- All WordPress.com sites have access to all the Jetpack features. Are you asking about a self-hosted site using WordPress.org? If that is the case, we cannot help you here. You could go ask your questions on either of the following support sites.

Hi there,
This is because your site is using plugins on WordPress.com. Installing plugins or custom themes cause some changes behind the scenes which prevents you from re-adding a plan to your site if you let the old plan expire.
I’m sending you a payment link via email to pay for the plan’s renewal. Once we receive your payment we can re-enable the Business Plan on your site and help you get things set back up the way they were before the plan expired.
In order to get the site working again it will also need to be connected to a domain. I see the domain you used to own with us, thebuildavillagecommunity.com, also expired along with the plan and has since been removed from our system. It is no longer possible for us to get that domain back.
The good news is it appear the domain is currently available and no one has bought it yet, so once we’ve restored your plan you should be able to register that domain with us again.
For now, please use the link I’m emailing to pay for the plan’s renewal so we can get that restored to your site first.
