Unable to upgrade – WordPress for happy few?

  Hi there,

  So I wanted to use WordPress and upgrade to Creator to create my website with WooCommerce. I had compared different solutions, and I saw one website created with WooCommerce that I liked very much. Benchmark of the different alternatives turned to be in favor to WP / WooCommerce solution, also in terms of cost.

  Then I said let’s go for it. But that was before I realized that you don’t choose to be part of this community. They choose you. I never managed to be able to upgrade. Payment are blocked (“disabled”). I wrote to the payment team, use the chatbot, explained the situation. The most complete answer I got is that: “We won’t be providing any further detail about why payments will remain blocked.
  If you’d like more options than are available on our free plan, you may also consider using the free version of WordPress”. Thanks a lot!

  How frustrating… so thank you for being so useful, I’ll just have to go and find another solution with another publisher.

  Has anyone been able to solve this anyway?
