Unable to Upgrade/Create New User

    hi. i am trying to create a new user for a new business we are starting. however, we have been unsuccessful in doing so. i tried just upgrading my account to premium, but the upgrade button is greyed out.

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear you’re having problems with this. We deployed an update yesterday which affected users trying to create new sites and purchase upgrades — it should be working again now though.
