Unable to upload a theme.

  Hi,

  I am new to WordPress. I was hoping if I could possibly upload a manually selected theme but the upload theme option is not functional for me. Please help me out in resolving the issue.

  Hi Prashant,

  Third-party themes can only be uploaded to WordPress.com sites if you have a Business plan.

  As far as I see your description, I guess you are not the Business plan user. Currently, the capability of uploading custom themes on WordPress.com is just for the Business plan users.
