    Hi Peter,

    Please note that in order to upload audio files from your computer, you will need to purchase a space upgrade.

    Once that is taken care of, please view the guide below to insert audio files:

    Working With Audio

    Please let me know if you have any questions!;

    Thanks, but I do have 3,072 MB Space Allowed and only 1,726.80 MB (56%) Space Used. So why am I facing this problem? You would think I had sufficient free space to upload much more?

    Thanks,
    Peter Vas

    Hi Peter,

    Unfortunately, to upload audio files directly from your computer you would need a space upgrade. However, if you don’t want to pay for the space upgrade you can embed any audio file that has already been uploaded to the web with an audio shortcode. If it’s already uploaded on Youtube, you can just paste the the video’s URL as seen here.

    You can also easily embed your music from SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Spotify, Rdio, and 8tracks and you wouldn’t need to purchase a Space Upgrade!

    Thanks!

    I think I figured out why this is not working. I had a space upgrade of 10gb last year that expired November last. I did not think the upgrade was for a year and assumed I had a lot more free space.

    My current problem is that your website is not accepting my MasterCard. Is there anyway you can help?

    Thanks,

    Hi Peter!

    The transaction has been declined by the bank that issued your credit card. This can happen for a variety of reasons, although we’re not able to see why. Some of the reasons are:

    * closed credit card account
    * account is over the limit
    * account is past due
    * automated fraud alert

    The last reason above, an automated fraud prevention block, is the most common. Usually, you just need to call your bank and let them know you want to make a purchase on WordPress.com, and they can get the block removed right away.

    Can you please get in touch with the bank and then try your payment again?

    Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    I actually did, and they said there is nothing wrong at their end and they see it unblocked. I have tried the same credit card on other online transactions and it does work. So bit confused.

    Thanks,

    Hi Peter!

    Thanks for the update! I have brought this back to my team, and we are taking a further look! I’ll let you know what we find!

    Thanks again for your patience!

    Hi Peter,

    Our team has looked into the transaction, and we found that the first two failures were attempting to re-charge last year’s card and the final failure was when you updated your credit card details. Can you try inputing your credit card details one more time?

    If it doesn’t work again, I’m so sorry but there is nothing we can do at this point. Please try contacting your bank again, because somewhere between Paypal and your bank, the card is being declined.
