Unable to upload/edit media on my wordpress site

  Hi, I’ve been trying to create a new blog post and when I go to add my feature photo or add media to it nothing is happening. I’ve tried checking my media folder and it won’t let me click on that either, nor will it let me edit images on other posts that have already been published. I’ve updated all plugins and wordpress site as I thought that might be causing the issue but it still isn’t working so wondering if I can get some help with a solution please
