Unable to upload header

  I am unable to load a new header. It gives me the error – Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.

  I have changed formats, to RGB etc and still no luck

  What browser version are you using? Do you have Flash installed as well?. Please also try clearing your cache. See here for instructions and for more information about browser troubleshooting.
