unable to upload images

  I have been trying to upload an image to my site for days. It won’t let my upload a .heic, .jpg or .bmp. What can I do! It keeps saying ‘Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons’. Help!

  I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?
