Unable to upload images

  Hi there,

  For some reason, I am unable to upload images.
  Here’s what’s happening:

  – I go to an existing blog post
  – I click edit
  – I click the “Add Media” button
  – the screen turns into a see-through black and freezes.

  Please help!

  Hi there,

  Thanks for giving me your steps to duplicate. I was able to load the media interface without “locking up” as you describe. I suspect that your browser may be caching the page before the change was made, which is why you see an out-of-date view.

  Can you try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies, try a different browser, or a different computer if you can, and see if the problem persists?
