Unable to upload images and all old images are gone

When trying to upload images, the site says ‘1 file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading.’ All of my previous images are gone as well. I’m not sure if I need to update something. I’ve tried logging out and clearing all my history. I’ve tried resizing the image. Nothing is working. Thanks for any help!
