unable to upload images – Cannot read property ‘raw’ of undefined

  we have been operating a travel blog for 2 months. suddenly we cannot upload images any longer to the site. it gives us a ‘Cannot read property ‘raw’ of undefined’ message after taking 30 seconds or so of trying to attach the image. nothing has changed- this is the same process we have done for 2 months. any ideas?

  Could you check the file type of the image you are trying to upload? Please note that RAW images are not possible to upload.
