Unable to upload images from phone

    images won’t upload. Says read permission denied on device media. Worked fine for years. Permissions are on for WordPress and gallery on phone. Help

    It sounds like you may need to tweak the permissions in the app there – can you tell us the device name and also the version of that’s in use (if possible), so that we can guide you with the correct documentation please.
