Unable to upload images/media from iOS App on iPad

No matter what I try, I cannot get any images to upload from my iPad onto my WordPress backend. Uploading from the web Admin console is not an issue.
I do use 2FA on the site, as it’s been hacked at least 5 times in the past.
It attempts to do so and then produces the following error:
The operation couldn’t be completed. (WordPressKit-WordPressComRestApiError error 7.)
With option to Retry or Cancel
No joy if you Retry.
