Unable to Upload Media

  So I have been unable to upload media. I have gone through the troubleshooting but it hasn’t helped. I have cleared my cookies and cache. Suggestions?

  What browser and version are you using? If it’s IE9 that’s your problem and you will need to use a different browser.
